Randy has lived in the Chicago Metropolitan Area for the last 30 years. Since becoming a real estate appraiser, he has built and managed a successful real estate appraisal business where he enjoys an excellent reputation with large and small clients. He became a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 2005.

Randy’s background and experience have afforded him extensive knowledge of Chicagoland Western Suburban real estate markets. He specializes in DuPage, Kane, and suburban northwest Cook Counties residential properties. Randy is committed to providing the highest level of service to clients while leveraging his expertise in the communities he serves. His education, training, work experience, and enthusiasm allow him to provide customers with the best possible experience, whether buying or selling a home.
